Barbecue buffet on Fridays

On Fridays, Meat of the Week and Pasta of the Week are replaced with our Friday grill.

The barbecue buffet consists of several different types of grilled meat, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables and homemade sauces.

Salad buffet, soup of the day, coffee and cake included.

Mon – Fri 169 SEK. Sat, Sun & Red Day 189 SEK. Friday: barbecue buffet 199 SEK.

    served with red wine sauce, ramson cream, kale, garlic and thyme sautéed haricot verts and goat cheese gratin potato gratin (can be ordered without goat cheese)

  • Halibut baked in browned butter 379 kr

    served with white wine sauce flavored with ginger. Also herb oil, shaved beetroot, broccolini and herb-tossed new potatoes

  • Grilled Beyond Steak 235 kr

    served with a puree of edamame beans and fioretto and beetroot soup flavored with chamomile, a hickory cream and fried beluga lentils

Dessert

  • Öijared's Summer Dream 145 kr

    served with wild strawberry, strawberry and vanilla ice cream, cooked rhubarb, meringue and baked white chocolate

  • Popcorn Brûlèe 129 kr

    served with lime and elderberry sorbet and salted caramelized hazelnuts
